SHIPPING

Our delivery times are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:

  • The product ordered
  • The destination country
  • The size of the order
  • The status of the network
  • The shipping method selected

Order fulfillment time is 1-4 business days and shipping can take 3-14 business days depending on the conditions listed above.

We ship from 15 countries worldwide, but our main office is based in Sydney, Australia.

If there are any issues with order shipment or for packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order for you.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We currently do not accept returns, as we print them on demand to be resourceful and eco-friendly. This approach helps us minimize waste and reduce excess production, so please make sure when you order that you make sure the size and frame you select are correct. We understand that this might be inconvenient for you, but it allows us to offer a diverse range of designs and sizes.

On the other hand, If you encounter any issues related to quality or damage, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/FAULTY

In the unfortunate case that your order arrives damaged in the mail, please Report a problem to us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to send you a replacement order. But please be sure to include:

  1. A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
  2. Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

Photos are crucial for our team's internal reporting. We may also inquire, "Is the package damaged?" and request for further photos. When we receive a damaged order, we will start an internal investigation with our logistics partners to prevent future occurrences and make immediate improvements on how your orders will arrive.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about your order contact us here or via designstudio.ninety8@gmail.com to cancel your order before being dispatched. once your order is on its journey to you, we won't be able to cancel it.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders will have tracking sent via email to the email address provided, once dispatched.

OUR FRAMES

  • If you have ordered one of our prints with a frame it will be deliver ready to hang, so there is no hassel on your end trying to put the frame together.
  • Our frames are made from pine.
  • They are 20-25mm /0.79"-0.98" thick and 10-14mm /0.4"-0.6" wide, providing the perfect balance of durability and style.
  • To keep your poster looking its best, we use shatterproof, transparent plexiglass to protect it from damage.
  • We include hanging hardware with every order, making it easy to hang the frame in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
